Sisters, would you so kindly complete this quick questionnaire?  No matter how active you
are as an alumna, your opinion matters to our Alumnae Chapter.  We want to hear
from you!​
    Do you have a good idea for program, meeting, speaker or social event? We are always looking for new ideas.  Please share any new program ideas below:
    Would you be interested in hosting a meeting in your home? If so, please indicate a good month for you:
    ​Would you be interested in hosting the annual Christmas meeting in your home? This is the December meeting, and it is well attended. If so, please indicate in the box below:
    Do you have any ideas for meeting locations?  This could be a clubhouse, church hall, place of business, etc. Our meetings usually last 1 ½ to 2 hours from arrival to departure, and we are always in need of meeting places that are conveniently
    located. Please list in the box below:
    ​We are introducing a new “getting to know you” portion of each meeting, where we want to learn more about you! If you would be willing to share at one of our meetings, please indicate below. This would be a ten minute (or less) summary of anything that you consider interesting about yourself, your work, your family, your DZ journey, etc.
